PACU RN Travel Contract

Overview

Specialty: PACU RN
Location: Oregon City, Oregon
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Hours per week: 40
Patient ratio: 1:2
Floating: May float between units based on unit needs
On-call: Required, 100 hours
Weekends: Required on-call
Block scheduling: Not required
48 hours: Not approved
First-time travelers: Accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
PALS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Assignment Notes

Travelers may be asked to float to other units and facilities as needed.
If floating consecutive shifts, hotel lodging may be offered at additional cost.
Scrubs: any color; OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child scrubs are provided.
Parking is free.
