Role Overview
- Travel/Contract position in Portland, Indiana
- Specialty/Rehabilitation role
- Outpatient physical therapy assignment
- Shift: Day, 4x9 hours, 8:00–17:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- First timers accepted

- Pending state license accepted
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association

Scheduling Notes
- Facility is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s
- A crew will be scheduled the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
