CT Tech
Overview
- Travel assignment in Brevard, North Carolina
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Based in the Radiology Department
- Unit includes 1 CT room, 1 Trauma x-ray room, 1 FL/x-ray room, and 2 portable units
- All equipment is GE digital radiology
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (R)(CT)
- BLS
Preferred
- Prior history of Radiology travel assignments
- Working knowledge of Cerner and Phillips PACS software applications
Clinical Scope
- All types of CT procedures, excluding Cardiac
- CT guided biopsies
- Full range of Trauma Radiology, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm cases
Float Scope
- CT
- x-ray
- Fluoroscopy
Work Environment
- Day shift includes 1 Lead Technologist and 3–4 Multi-Modality Technologists
- Night shift includes 1 Multi-Modality Technologist
- Weekend shifts include 1 Multi-Modality Technologist
- Navy Blue scrubs
