Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Torrance, California
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 16 weeks
- Shift: Evening, 3x12 hours, 14:00–2:30
- Hours per week: 36
- Patient ratio: 1:4
- First-time travelers accepted
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend, 6–8 shifts per contract
- May float to Peds and may also be required to float to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro
- Block scheduling may be accommodated at manager discretion
- No on-call requirement
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Pending license not accepted
- RTO must be included at time of submission
