Occupational Therapist
Overview
- Travel contract in Oxnard, California
- 13 weeks
- 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- 2 full years of experience
- Active BLS
- California license
Preferred
- Swallow experience
Unit / Setting
- Unit: PT, OT, Speech
- May work inpatient or outpatient
- Inpatient areas may include general inpatient, rehab, OR, and sub-acute
- Outpatient areas include a free-standing clinic in Hueme and another outpatient clinic in Oxnard
- Patient populations may include ortho, neuro, peds, and lymphedema
- General inpatient diagnoses may include ortho, general medical, surgical, bariatrics, ICU, and cardiac
- Sub-acute patients may include vented and long-term patients
Schedule / Expectations
- Works either every Saturday or every Sunday
- Holidays are worked with permanent staff rotation, typically one major and one minor
- Floor orientation: 3 shifts

- Scrub color/uniform: polo provided; khakis or black pants
- Pharmacy: 24/7
