Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

• Temp assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• 13-week contract
• Day shift, 8 hours per day
• Five 8-hour shifts required; 10/12-hour shifts are not available

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of experience in Operating Room (OR)
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS
• Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR
• Meditech Expanse experience

• Skills Checklist: Operating Room Circulate, current to 1 year
• Skills Checklist: Operating Room Scrub, current to 1 year
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment

Scheduling Notes

• Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted
• Travelers may not take all holidays off
• Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed:

  • Thanksgiving Day, Friday after, and weekend after
  • Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
  • New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and weekend after
