RN PACU

Overview

Travel RN role in Peri Anesthesia
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Shift: Variable between 5:00am and 8:00pm
Call required
Weekend hours: one every 5–6 weeks
Float requirements: rarely

Facility / Unit

190-bed hospital
Trauma Level III
Unit has 19-bed pre-op/same day surgery and 12-bed phase I PACU; both are required in each travel contract
Patient ratio: 2:1 average

Valid RN license in Maine
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
