GI Lab RN

Role Overview

• Travel/Contract RN assignment in Petaluma, California.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 7:00–15:30.
• No weekends.
• Call required: 3 call shifts in a 2-week period.
• Float scope includes preop and phase II PACU, with floating to a sister ministry.
• First-time travelers are accepted only with 3+ years of experience.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California.
• GI Lab experience within the last year.
• GI Lab experience.
• 3 years of experience.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience.
• NURSYS verification required.
• BLS required.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required.
• IV certification required.
• NIH Stroke Certification required.
• CPI required.
• Competency Exam required as applicable by profession/specialty.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as applicable by profession.
• References: minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting.
• Employment application must include at least the last 5 years of employment.
• Background check required.
• Education verification required.
• Drug screen required.
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start.
• Fit mask required.
• Tdap required within 10 years.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required.
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, COVID, and flu documentation/vaccination requirements apply.
• RespSafety clearance required for travel starts.
• No more than 7 days of RTO.
