Med/Surg Tele RN

Overview

• Travel/contract assignment in Lebanon, Indiana
• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 3x12, 18:00-06:30
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Patient ratio: 1:5
• First-time travelers accepted
• Locals accepted if living within 50 miles of the hospital

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Background check with 7-year search required within 30 days of start
• Transcript/diploma required
• 2 references required

Preferred Qualifications

• Ambulatory experience
• Med/Surg experience

Schedule / Assignment Details

• Minimum 3 weekends in a 6-week period
• May be placed on call
• May float depending on unit/hospital needs
• If called in for a shift, traveler must pick up another shift to make up for the call-in
• No more than 5 days of RTO

• 78 staffed beds
• Charting system: Meditech
• Scrub color: any color, professional attire expected
