RN Operating Room
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Weston, Florida
- Day shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- 13-week contract
- First-timers accepted
- Locals accepted at the same rate
- Pending license accepted
- Will float within scope to meet facility needs
- On-call required: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month
- Open to 4x10s; block schedule not accommodated
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Operating Room experience
- Operating Room experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with Cardiac Transplant or Liver Transplant or Pulmonary Transplant or Renal Transplant patients
- Proficiency with MISONIX/CUSA
- Experience putting organs back in the new patient (implantation), not just harvesting
