Description
RN-OR Circulating Nurse
Assignment Overview
- Travel assignment in Rockport, Maine
- Operating Room role
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 4 nine-hour shifts, 0700-1630
- 1 opening
Schedule and Call
- Call shifts required on weeknights and weekends
- 1 weeknight call per week
- 1 weekend call every 6 to 7 weeks
- No weekend scheduled hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (5 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
Preferred Experience
- Ortho
- Urology
- OB/GYN
- General
- ENT
Unit Details
- Floor: Operating Room
- 100-bed facility
- Surgical patients
- 1:1 patient ratio
- Standard OR equipment
Float Scope
- May be asked to help on other units for 1:1 during low census, but this is not regular
Work Environment
- Team-oriented unit with clear expectations
- Room turnovers are a shared responsibility
