Overview

• Home Health RN position in Owings Mills, Maryland
• Travel/Contract assignment
• Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 5x8s
• Schedule is Monday–Friday
• Primarily covers Baltimore County, with support for Baltimore City as needed
• Patient population is primarily geriatric
• Expected volume is 6 visits per day
• Productivity expectation is 30 points per week, approximately 6 points per day
• Visit notes and other documentation should be submitted within 24–48 hours of the visit
• One pre-approved time-off request is permitted per contract
• Locals are accepted

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Maryland
• Home Health (2 years of experience)
• Home Health experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association or United States Department of Defense
• Experience in an Acute Care or Long Term Care setting
• Driver's License
• Experience with wound care, pressure ulcer management and wound VACs
• Experience with feeding tube, G-tube, ostomy and urinary catheter management
• IV therapy, home infusion, central line/port care, phlebotomy and starting/maintaining IVs
• Experience with OASIS
