Overview

• Travel/contract role in Arlington, Washington

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (R)
• ARRT (C)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Additional Requirements

• Background check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years
• Education verification
• Primary source verification of state license
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
• Competency exam

• Tdap vaccine or signed declination

State-Specific Requirement

• If working in Washington with a multi-state license from another state, completion of the WA BON-approved 6-hour suicide prevention training is required before working in the state
