Operating Room RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in San Francisco, California
13-week assignment
Day shift: 4x10 hours, with start times of 6:30–17:00 or 8:00–18:30
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

7-year background check required within 6 months of start
Sex Offender Search required within 90 days of start
FACIS Level 3 search required within 2 weeks of start and monthly after start
California Medi-Cal Search Result required only if FACIS III cannot be run monthly

EPLS/GSA/SAM required annually
Transcript/Diploma verification required
Education verification required
State license verification required within 30 days of start
NURSYS verification required within 30 days of start
Unit-specific skills checklist required
Employment application must include full 7 years of work history with no gaps
