Physical Therapist
Overview
- Location: Ogden, Utah
- Schedule: 5x8-hour days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Weekends: As needed with advanced notice
- On call: No
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Utah
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical background experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with the target population of the job setting
- Previous IRF experience (Inpatient Rehabilitation)
- Epic EMR familiarity
- QI credentialling
Role Summary
- Provides physical therapy evaluation, treatment, plan of care development, documentation, patient education, and coordination with patients, families, and the care team
- Supervises physical therapy assistants, aides, office staff, and students
- Participates in continuing education, quality improvement, utilization review, department operations, and program development
