CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
Overview
- Full-time day shift XR/CT Tech role.
- Department: Radiology – CT/Xray (Computed Tomography).
- One scanner/room.
- Potential float/coverage to Surgery to run C-arm for Chole or Ortho cases.
- Common work includes XR, CT, and C-Arm if needed.
- Scrub color: Black; scrubs are not provided.
- Department orientation includes a checklist.
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- ARRT
- Radiography and Computed Tomography
- Oregon Medical Imaging license
- RT(R)(CT)
Preferred
- Radiation Badge
Schedule
- Tuesday-Friday, 0600-1630
- No weekend requirement
- No holiday requirement
- No call required
Additional Details
- Average volume: 15-20 CT and 10-20 XR during day shift.
- Radiologist in-house until 1700.
- Does not start IVs.
- Does not use RRA’s.
- Equipment includes GE Xray, Toshiba CT, and Carestream Portables.
- EMR/PACS: Merge PACS, Meditech EMR.
