Role
Travel RN in the Emergency Department.

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Preferred Qualifications
- MOAB
- At least 1 year of ED experience for HCA hired staff
- Strong understanding of EKG interpretation
Unit Details
- 4 beds in Annex, a secure locked psychiatric area holding for placement
- 25 procedure rooms
- 8 hallway beds used 24/7
- 88 staff members combined
- Patient ratio: 4:1, with flexibility during acute surge
- Patient population includes multiple comorbidities, NEHI patients with complicated heart conditions, DKA, sepsis, trauma, and stroke
Common Procedures
- Trauma
- Stroke care
- Laceration repair
- Orthopedic trauma
- U/S IV insertion
- IO insertion
- Eye exam
- EKG
- Psychiatric care
- Cardiopulmonary care
Additional Notes
- Floating area: none
- Every other weekend for contract labor
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 12 weeks
