Overview

Travel RN role in Psychiatry
1 opening
36 guaranteed hours per week
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Weekend coverage: every other weekend / as needed
Orientation is biweekly on Mondays
Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel

Inpatient Nursing Unit 1
72 beds
Serves all 3 units: child, adult, geriatric
Float scope includes child, adult, and geriatric units

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Psychiatric experience within the last year
2 years of psychiatric experience
BLS
HWC
MANDT
TOVA
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Common diagnoses/treatments include MDD, Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, and Anxiety
