Endoscopy RN
Overview
- Location: Ithaca, New York
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 07:00 - 17:00
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Responsible for coordinating outpatient and inpatient services, including preadmission nursing assessments, testing, procedure coordination, and post-procedure care.
- May function as a designated charge nurse.
- Works in a fast-paced endoscopy environment and may supervise LPNs, Endoscopy Technicians, Hospital Aides, and unit Patient Access Representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Endoscopy experience within the last year
- 2 years of endoscopy experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
