RN - Tele

Overview

Location: Lafayette, Colorado
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Unit: 32-bed telemetry unit
Patient load: Average 3–5 patients depending on acuity and shift
Floating: May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
On-call: No scheduled call shifts; may be placed on call if the hospital does not need coverage that night or at the beginning of the shift

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of telemetry experience
EKG competency and rhythm interpretation
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Certification as appropriate for the unit or service

Additional Details
