Required Qualifications

• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NBRC

Schedule / Float

• Weekends as needed
• May float as needed to CCF facilities, including Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus

Compliance / Onboarding

• Valid government-issued photo ID required while on assignment
• Criminal background check required prior to start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required monthly on the 15th
• HHS/OIG required monthly on the 15th
• Transcript/Diploma required
• FBI and BCI fingerprints required within 12 months of start
• Unit-specific competency exam required within 12 months of start
• Pre-employment physical within a year of start
• Fit mask required within 12 months of start
• Negative 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon Gold TB test/T-Spot required within 6 months of start
• TB questionnaire required if history of past positive TB
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccine or medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• Unit-specific skills checklist required
• Online training modules must be completed before start
• Badge pickup required before start
• I9/E-Verify attestation required
