Labor and Delivery RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Berkeley, California
- 13-week assignment
- Evening shift: 3x12 hours, 15:00–03:00
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- No on-call
- Floating: yes, to Antepartum
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP issued by American Heart Association or American Academy of Pediatrics
- EFM
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Antepartum experience

- Background check required
- Sex offender search required
- FACIS Level 3 screening required
- California Medi-Cal search required if FACIS III cannot be run
- HHS/OIG required
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required
- Transcript/diploma and education verification required
- Unit-specific skills checklist required
- Employment application must include 7 years of work history with no gaps
- References are required by the staffing process, not by the facility
- Candidate must review/sign facility documents before start
