Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Role Overview

Occupational Therapist - Home Health
Home health assignment based in Alameda County, with territory expanding as needed
Day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting

Responsibilities

Prioritize start of care visits
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
Submit start of care visit reporting by the next day
Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of the visit
Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
Be responsive during normal business hours

Training

3 full days of training: 1 in house and 2 in the field
