Overview
- Travel assignment in Oro Valley, Arizona
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 4/10s, 7:30p–6:00a, Wednesday–Saturday
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Arizona
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- Graduation from an accredited AMA school
- Experience with IV contrast injection
Responsibilities
- Provide timely diagnostic services to inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
- Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
- Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
- Process CT system studies, including those with or without contrast media
- Perform surgical/sterile procedures and work with cross-sectional anatomy
- Perform CT scans, inject contrast, complete exams, use PACS and EMR, provide patient care, and transport patients
