Description
ICU Float Pool Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in West Hollywood, California.
- ICU float pool assignment that floats to ms/tele/pcu/overflow/PACU units when needed.
- Start dates accepted: 11/2 and 11/16.
- Shift: Night, 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30.
- 36 or 48 hours per week available.
- Weekend work required.
- No holiday RTO.
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated.
- No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with swan-ganz catheters
- Experience with pulmonary artery (PA) catheters

- None stated.
Additional Notes
- This is a float position.
- EKG assessment is administered on the first day of orientation and must be passed to continue with the contract.
