CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
Location
- Terre Haute, Indiana
Role Overview
- CT Technologist in Radiology - CT (Computed Tomography)
- Department has 2 scanners/rooms
- May possibly float/cover X-ray
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification
- ARRT certification
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to start IVs
Preferred / Additional Details
- Common studies include CTA, stroke protocols, head/neck, chest, and abdomen/pelvis
- Average volume is 15 scans/studies per day
- Uses GE equipment
- EMR/PACS includes Centricity and Meditech; switching to Fuji and Epic in Jan 2027
- No Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift
- No RRAs
- No in-house radiologist; uses Coaxion Telerad
- Shift schedule is days, 7a-7p
- Weekend requirement is every 3rd weekend unless contracted for just weekends
- Holiday requirement is 1-2 holidays
- Call is every 4th-5th week with 1-hour callback time
- Scrubs: Maroon or Teal
- Orientation details can be discussed
