Occupational Therapist (OT)

Role

• Inpatient Rehab OT assignment in Fresno, California.
• 13-week contract.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour day shift, 07:00–15:30; start time may be earlier at 06:30.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience in an Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, or Skilled Nursing setting.
• Driver's License.

Onboarding / Compliance

• Driver’s license or state ID required.
• Health statement signed and dated within 1 year of start, stating the traveler can work without restrictions.
• TB test within 30 days of start; negative results required and must be updated annually.
• MMR documentation required.
• Hepatitis B documentation required.
• Varicella documentation required.
• Tdap vaccination required within the past 10 years.
• Influenza vaccine required October through March unless otherwise indicated by CDPH.
• COVID-19 vaccine proof is optional for approval.
• Drug screen required within 30 days of start; rapid drug screen accepted.
• Criminal background check required within 30 days prior to start.
• OIG search required within 30 days of start.
• EPLS search required within 30 days of start.
• OFAC search required within 30 days of start.
• National Sex Offender search required within 30 days of start.
• Medi-Cal suspended/ineligible provider list check required within 30 days prior to the first assignment.
• Confirmation of assignment/job description required.
• Acknowledgement of receipt for policy packet required.
