RN - Med Surg Telemetry

Overview

Travel RN backfill assignment
Medical/Surgical - Telemetry unit
1 opening
36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend / as needed
Call as needed
May require travel within 25-mile radius of the facility
41 beds
Patient ratio: 1:4
Serves all ages
Common diagnoses/treatments include post-op orthopedic procedures and total joints

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Handle with Care
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
