Home Health

Overview

Travel/contract RN home health role in San Diego, California.
Territory: SD East.
Locals are accepted at travel rate.
Guaranteed hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours.
Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed.
Mileage between patients is reimbursed at the IRS standard.
COVID exemptions are permitted.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with OASIS

Preferred Qualifications

CA license preferred.

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
40 hours per week.
Contract length: 13 weeks.
