Description

Hospital at Home Registered Nurse

Overview

13-week assignment
36 hours per week
12-hour rotating day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
Every other weekend
1–2 overnight on-call shifts per week
Role includes in-home visits and working as an enrollment nurse at the hospital
Team is expected to orient at the hospital units and with the Hospital at Home team

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
