13-Week Assignment | Day Shift | 3x12s | RRT

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time, day shift assignment in Columbus, Ohio. This 13-week contract is ideal for a skilled RT looking to make a clinical impact in a supportive, fast-paced hospital environment.

Position Overview:

• Deliver respiratory care and patient transport as prescribed, with minimal supervision

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans

• Administer therapies using ventilatory equipment (invasive and non-invasive), oxygen devices, and nebulizers

• Perform chest physiotherapy, suctioning, oximetry, capnography monitoring, and 12-lead EKGs

• Provide tracheostomy care, arterial punctures, pulmonary function studies, and emergency airway support

• Assist with bronchoscopies, chest tube placements, and other related procedures

• Maintain equipment, documentation, and accurate therapy charges

• Communicate effectively with physicians and participate in shift handoffs

Requirements:

• Active RRT credential and Ohio RT license

• Recent acute care experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and proficiency with ventilator management

• Available to work 3x12s, days including rotating weekends as needed
