Location: Duluth, GA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5x8s | No weekends
HumanEdge Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in a well-established outpatient facility in Duluth, Georgia. Join a patient-focused rehab team delivering individualized orthopedic and sports medicine therapy in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Facility Overview:
The outpatient clinic serves a diverse population with services including post-operative rehabilitation, injury recovery, and chronic condition management. Therapists focus on functional, goal-driven treatment in a 1:1 care setting.
Position Highlights:

10–12 patients per day
-
60-minute evaluations, 45–60-minute treatments
-
One-on-one patient care
-
Collaborative rehab team environment
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough PT evaluations
-
Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs

Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff

Accurately document patient progress and goals
-
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols

Engage in clinical team meetings and ongoing quality initiatives
Qualifications:

Active Georgia PT license or Compact License
-
2–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads considered)

Solid communication and clinical reasoning skills
-
Experience with electronic documentation platforms
