📍 Philadelphia, PA | 🕗 Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM | 💼 6-Month Contract
What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead the development and oversight of behavior programs across 3–4 classrooms. You’ll work hands-on with students and train staff to deliver effective, compassionate interventions that foster growth, independence, and success.
Your day-to-day will include:
•   Designing and implementing function-based interventions and behavior plans
•   Coaching teachers and teaching assistants on ABA strategies
•   Observing students and tracking progress toward IEP goals
•   Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—teachers, therapists, and families—to ensure every student thrives
•   Supporting students with complex behavioral needs using the most effective, least restrictive approaches
What We’re Looking For
•   Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
•   BCBA certification (or board-eligible with required practicum hours complete)
•   2–5 years of experience providing and supervising ABA-based services
•   Skilled in supporting individuals with autism spectrum and developmental disorders
•   A collaborative, proactive professional who leads with empathy and evidence-based practice
