Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join a busy acute care hospital. The RN will provide case management, utilization review, and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) services, ensuring timely and effective care coordination for hospitalized patients.

Qualifications

Current New York State RN license – Required
BLS Certification – Required, must be able to maintain recertification
Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care hospital experience (within past 2 years) in a facility of similar size or a trauma center
Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records – Preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
