Travel Occupational Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facilities – Paradise Valley, AZ
Assignment Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities
Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs

Assist patients in regaining independence with daily living activities

Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:

Current OT license for Arizona

Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
