Travel RN - MS/Telemetry

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe delivery of care.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Float pool position: must be willing to float between departments and multiple facilities.

Requirements

Specialty: MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience required
Arizona RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience working with Cerner EMR system
Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Patient ratio approximately 6:1
Scrub color: any color allowed

Contract Length

13 weeks

Start ASAP, preferably within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
Must be willing to float between departments and multiple facilities within the system
