Travel CT Scan Technologist / Radiology (R)
Location: Carlsbad, NM
Start Date: 01/05/26
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
Call: 4 days per month
Experience Requirements:
-
Minimum 2+ years’ CT experience
-
ARRT – CT required
-
Experience in CT & X-ray
Licensure & Certifications:
-
State general radiographer license required
-
BLS required
Position Overview:
The CT Technologist provides professional, timely, and accurate diagnostic CT examinations of specific anatomy as prescribed by the referring physician and within departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:

Performing routine diagnostic CT procedures: head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures

Utilizing knowledge of CT system processing, contrast media administration, and cross-sectional anatomy

Performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging as needed

Providing high-quality care for inpatients and outpatients

No floating required
