- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or until cases are complete). Call from 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Job Description
The CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include:
- Performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
- Demonstrating proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Knowledge of processing of CT systems, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.
Requirements
- Certifications:
- ARRT (R) registered
- ARRT (CT) registered
- BLS required
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in CT preferred
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Science
- Additional Info:

- Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.
