NOW HIRING: Nurse Practitioner Supervisor / Physician Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Required)
Full-Time | On-Site | Bushwick, Brooklyn & Seneca Ave, Queens
A dynamic healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner Supervisor or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality clinical care and oversight across two Diagnostic Treatment Centers. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities and requires confident decision-making, strong communication, and bilingual fluency.
Position Overview:

Rotating Schedule: 3 days at Bushwick (Brooklyn), 2 days at Seneca Ave (Queens)

Orientation: Bronx

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Contract Length: 6 months

Must-Haves
-
Active NY State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license

Bilingual in Spanish (required)

DEA License
-
Medicare & Medicaid Provider IDs

Clinical experience in Geriatrics, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine

Strong leadership capabilities and ability to supervise clinical teams

Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to Have

Previous experience in Diagnostic Treatment Centers (DTCs)

Supervisory or clinical lead background

Familiarity with community health and underserved populations

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols

Support and oversee clinical operations under guidance of the Chief Medical Officer

Coordinate and review assessments, treatment plans, and documentation

Ensure continuity of care across both sites

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality standards

Support workflow improvements and compliance initiatives
