Travel ICU RN – Float Pool (ICU/PCU)

Location: Massachusetts
Assignment: 8 Weeks
Start Date: 04/06/2026
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12s (36 hrs/week)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Care Setting: ICU / PCU Float Pool | Trauma Level I Facility
Charting System: EPIC

Position Overview
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a travel float pool assignment supporting both ICU and PCU units. This role requires flexibility to float based on patient needs while delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

Provide critical care to ICU patients and step-down care in PCU
Float between ICU and PCU as needed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes quickly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC

Requirements

Current MA RN license
ASN required
2–5 years of ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
EPIC experience required
Trauma Level I experience preferred (Level II considered)
Previous travel experience preferred
