Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Manchester, CT | 12-Week Assignment | Start Date: 4/20/2026

We are seeking an experienced ER RN for a travel assignment in a fast-paced emergency department. This role is ideal for a strong clinician with prior travel experience and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity setting.

Position Details:

Location: Manchester, CT
Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: Nights, 3x12s
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
No on-call requirements

Unit Overview:

Unit Type: Emergency Department
Care Setting: Acute Care
EMR: Meditech (transitioning to EPIC in June 2026)

Responsibilities:

Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume ED
Triage, assess, and prioritize patients based on acuity
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Respond to critical and trauma situations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department RN experience
Prior travel experience required
Active RN license required
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Stroke certification
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
