Location

Schedule
- 3x12, 7a-7p
- Weekend and holiday rotation
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Previous nursing experience
Role Overview
- Provides direct patient care on the unit, including rounds, assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, and care coordination
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
- Develops and implements patient care plans and interventions
- Communicates changes in patient condition and collaborates with the care team
- Delegates and oversees patient care tasks as appropriate
- Supports discharge planning and unit quality improvement activities
