Overview
Hospital-based nursing role providing care for patients with a range of health problems, from simple to complex.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned group of patients
- Document patient responses and changes in physician orders
- Assist with patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
- Monitor patient physiological data and intervene as needed
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products
- Coordinate care with patients, families, and support staff
Preferred Experience
- Stepdown/PCU experience
