Job Opportunity: RN Behavioral Health (Travel)
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Required Specialty and Experience

- CPI/MOAB High Risk On-Site Portion (completed at orientation) - optional but recommended
- Ascension Skills Checklist (clinical skills checklist, updated annually)
Health and Immunization Requirements
- MMR: Documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
- Fit Test: Required annually (preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite)
- Hepatitis B: Documentation of vaccination series completion or signed declination
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); declinations accepted with mask requirement
- Positive PPD or Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire (updated annually)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within required timeframes
- Varicella: Proof of two vaccines, immunity, or history verified by healthcare provider (no declinations accepted)
- Tdap: Valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
- Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen (within 30 days prior to start, updated annually)
Professional Documentation and Verification
- Resume/Profile submission required
- At least two professional references prior to first assignment
- Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry (within 30 days prior to first assignment)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 90 days prior to start
- Education Verification relevant to clinical work (within 90 days prior to start)
- Confirmation of Assignment documentation upon initial assignment and updates with extensions
- Employment Verification for the past seven years (updated annually)
- Ascension Badge Photo (headshot with white or blue background, no alterations)
