Job Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description:
- Requires RN Case Management experience including End of Week (EOW) and End of Hour (EOH) case management.
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles as needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Minimum of 2 years of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
