Job Opportunity: RN Case Manager
Location
- Salem, Massachusetts
Employment Type
- Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week, Day shift (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
- No rotating shifts required
- Floating required
Unit and Patient Population
- Inpatient medical/surgical patients
- Adult patient population
- Unit patient ratio approximately 1:15
- Facility bed count: 200
- Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3+ years working in one location
- Minimum 2 years working as a traveler
- At least 3 years of case management experience, including case management experience within the last year
- Acute hospital case management experience
- Utilization management experience
- Discharge planning experience
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
