Job Overview

• Location: Salem, Massachusetts
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, day rotator, with every 7th weekend
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Infusion (1 year of experience)
• Infusion experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date, with updates upon expiration
• MA conditional licenses are not accepted
• Nursing licenses require both NURSYS and BON verification
• Fit test within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the skill
• Medication exam with a passing score of 80% within 365 days
• MMR documentation or proof of immunity
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
• Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date
• Massachusetts CORI within 30 days prior to start date
• Education verification of highest level completed
• SSN trace
• National sex offender check within 30 days of start date
• Exclusion checks within 30 days of start date and annually
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form for initial assignments and extensions
• Beeline attestation for new applicants

Optional / Conditional

• Positive PPD requires a negative chest x-ray
• Name change documentation may be required if credential documents do not match the legal name or profile name
