Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday

Job Description

Seeking a CT Technologist to work a consistent Tuesday through Friday schedule with late morning to evening shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ARRT (CT) certification

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide the following documentation and meet these health and professional standards prior to start:

Health and Immunization

• Current Tdap vaccine or accepted declination if no pediatric interaction.
• COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster (or accepted declination/exemption where allowed).
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or immunity titer.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start.
• Influenza vaccine or accepted declination/exemption.
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test; chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements).
• Fit Test.
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year).

Drug Screening

• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).

Professional and Background Checks

• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years.
• Social Security Number verification.
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start.
• Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED).
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days.
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check within 30 days.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days.
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days.
• Trinity Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Confidentiality and Security Agreements, Integrity and Audit Services Form, and System Access Form completed and signed as required.

Skills Verification

• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.

Additional Notes

• License verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
• BLS certification must include front and back card images.
• Drug screen must be completed and resulted before start with Medical Review Officer (MRO) signature.
• All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.

This position requires adherence to strict compliance and credentialing standards to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
