Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Weekend Day Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Job Summary
Seeking a CT Technologist for weekend day shifts. The role involves performing CT imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Submission of a professional profile including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.
- Completion and submission of various professional and compliance forms including:
- Confidentiality and proprietary information agreement.
- Conflict of interest disclosure.
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days.
- Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start.
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year.
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and locations.
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
- Code of conduct form signed and on file.
- Standard I-9 verification completed by the agency.
Additional Information
- The agency will provide the Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.
- All required documents and verifications must be uploaded into the vendor management system prior to onboarding.
- This position requires weekend availability for the specified day shift hours.
