Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Syracuse, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (36 hours/week) with every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) rotation
Call Requirement: No call required
Electronic Health Record: Epic

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department
Work scheduled shifts as per department rotation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
